Gen II Low-Profile Gastrostomy Tubes

DEGANIA™ Gen II Low-Profile Gastrostomy Tubes, the latest advancement in our complete line of enteral feeding tubes, are manufactured from high-grade silicone material for durability and patient comfort. They comply with ENFit® connection standards for improved patient safety and have the added safety feature of an anti-reflux valve that controls the backflow of gastric fluid.

Main Features:

Proximal anti reflux valve – This 90⁰, one-way flapper valve prevents the backflow of gastric fluid, even when movement and tissue squeeze it within the belly.
Radiopaque striping – Allows visualization during initial placement.
Apple-shaped balloon design – Provides more surface contact with stomach lining to help reduce leakage.
Recessed atraumatic tip – Prevents irritation of the stomach wall and allows the balloon to retract into the shaft of the tube, reducing discomfort during removal.
Tapered distal tip – Enables easy, atraumatic insertion without a stiffener.
Sits at skin level – Provides better comfort and mobility and a decreased risk of tube dislodgement.
