As Chief Executive Officer, Tom will lead the next phase of transformative growth for Q. He believes the organization’s extensive engineered materials and manufacturing capabilities provide a strong foundation to aggressively expand in the healthcare and industrial markets.

Tom has extensive experience across multiple industries, most recently in the Medical Technology Markets. Prior to joining Q, Tom was President & CEO of Integer Holdings Corporation, a leading medical device outsource (MDO) manufacturer serving the cardiac, neuromodulation, orthopedics, vascular, advanced surgical and power solutions market segments. The organization also develops batteries for high-end niche applications in energy, military and environmental markets.

Tom started his career as a nuclear engineer in the US Navy. His experience includes engineering and executive roles with Duracell, VanOwen Group, General Electric and CTI Molecular Imaging. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a Masters in Chemistry from the University of New York at Buffalo and a BS in Chemistry and Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University.
