DLP-based 3D printer utilizes a true 4M pixel projector with UV optics tuned to 385nm wavelength.

Rapid Prototyping services using state-of-the-art 3D printers to mold prototypes made from production materials save time to production.

  • Multiple samples and versions can be molded at the same time from the following material types:
  • HCR Silicone, Fluorosilicone
  • Shore A durometer 18 thru 60
  • Dry and inherently lubricated compounds
  • Specialty materials such as electro and thermal conductive compounds
  • FKM C4611 & C6019

NOTE: Specialty materials may be optional upon request. QSR has used this process to mold thermo-conductive materials supplied by outside manufacturers.
